1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all memberships, passes, and use of facilities operated by soma saunas Ltd (“soma”, “we”, “us”).
By purchasing a membership or pass, or by entering the premises, you agree to these terms.
soma reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
2. Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to use soma facilities.
We reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age.
Access will be refused if age cannot be verified.
3. Access & Use of Facilities
Access is managed by front-of-house staff.
Entry is subject to capacity (maximum 16 people) and is not guaranteed at peak times.
soma reserves the right to refuse entry when at capacity or where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
Entry may be refused close to closing time at staff discretion.
Re-entry on the same day is permitted, but all visits count toward fair usage limits.
4. Memberships
4.1 Membership Types – Standard:
Unlimited – unlimited access.
Off-Peak – access Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm only.
4.2 Membership Types – Founding:
Founding Unlimited – unlimited access.
Founding Off-Peak – access Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm only.
4.3 Founding Membership Terms:
Founding membership pricing is valid for 12 months from the start date.
After this period, standard pricing may apply.
4.4 General Membership Terms:
Memberships are rolling monthly.
1 month notice is required to cancel.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Off-Peak Access
Off-peak members must leave the premises by 4:00pm.
Staying beyond permitted hours may result in additional charges and/or suspension or termination of membership.
6. Fair Usage Policy
Unlimited memberships are subject to a fair usage limit of 7 visits per week.
If usage exceeds this, a warning may be issued.
Continued overuse may result in restricted access or suspension.
7. Passes
Single Reset and Unlimited Reset passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Passes are valid only within their stated time period.
8. Payments & Pricing
All payments are non-refundable.
soma reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
9. Freezes
Memberships may be frozen for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance.
10. No Booking Model
soma operates a no-booking model.
There are no cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling options.
11. Closures & Service Changes
soma may temporarily close for maintenance, operational reasons, or events.
Any compensation, credit, or extension is provided at our sole discretion.
12. Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided but require your own padlock.
All belongings are brought at your own risk.
soma is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
13. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to facilities or equipment.
soma reserves the right to recover costs for repair or replacement.
14. Photography
soma may capture content for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please inform a member of staff.
15. Temperatures & Facilities
Sauna and plunge temperatures may vary and are not guaranteed.
Facility availability may vary due to operational requirements.
16. Liability
Use of facilities is at your own risk.
soma is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
